Artist's Comments
I did this piece for practice quite a time ago and just realised I never posted it. First I wanted to make a short tutorial on drawing characters with illustrator, but I fell in love with my undead samurai and spend hours after hours completing the piece.
Normally I'm not really patient, and I seldomly spend enough time with one picture to work into the details like on this one, so honestly, it still is one of my favs. In the end I never did the tutorial, but I got this one published in the 6th issue of I Want Your Skull. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
