I did this piece for practice quite a time ago and just realised I never posted it. First I wanted to make a short tutorial on drawing characters with illustrator, but I fell in love with my undead samurai and spend hours after hours completing the piece.

Normally I'm not really patient, and I seldomly spend enough time with one picture to work into the details like on this one, so honestly, it still is one of my favs.

In the end I never did the tutorial, but I got this one published in the 6th issue of I Want Your Skull. If you like skeletal artwork, go grab a copy, there are some great artworks in there!
